Anthony is primarily an abstract, graphic and architectural photographer. He was featured in the Winter 2017 and the Spring 2018 Elaine Fleck Fine Art Catalogues as an ‘emerging artist you should know about’ and participated in three exhibits at the Elaine Fleck Gallery in Toronto. A member of the f8 Photography Collective since 2021, he has participated in five exhibitions with the group.
Anthony is a past member of the Toronto Digital Photography Club (TDPC), where he mentored a photo evaluation group, as well as serving as the Chair of its Competitions Committee. He is also a past member of the Toronto Camera Club where he oversaw competitions, the club’s lecture series and served on its Board of Directors.
For thirteen years, Anthony was an accredited judge with the Ontario Council of Camera Clubs (O3C) and judged competitions for numerous Toronto-area photo clubs, as well as for Toronto Camera Club’s International Salon, the Toronto International Photography Festival and the O3C’s Interclub Competition.
In the first half of his working life, Anthony was involved in the arts sector as an actor, theatre company general manager, executive director of a national membership-based arts service organization, as well as other arts administration activities. He later worked for a government agency and is now retired.
